maintained grounds beautiful area
The grounds were well maintained. Communal areas looked very beautiful. I found all the facilities very clean. The swimming pool bar area stood out. The free shuttle into the Medina was useful.
The drinks seemed weak. a gin and tonic never tasted of gin, even with a double measure.

cheerful staff fresh food faulty air conditioning watered down drink
The staff members were very cheerful and hard working. the hotel had a great cleaning service. there was plenty of fresh food available. i especially enjoyed the grounds and how well lit they were at night. It felt safe.
the air conditioning in my room wasn't working. i complained about it every day for a week and it still did not get fixed. the drinks were also watered down quite a bit. i had about 15 drinks and did not feel even slightly tipsy, but the wine did.

the hotel staff were very cute and friendly. the cleanliness was great. i also enjoyed the spacious room with a terrace.
the alcoholic drinks tasted very watery. i found the gym to be small. the evening entertainment finished early.
